Support Tibet
There are hundreds of Tibet Groups around the world, many of which date from the period in the late 1980s when western travellers witnessed first-hand the brutal suppression of Tibetan protests in Lhasa.
You can help the Tibetan people, in their non-violent struggle against China's occupation of their country, in a number of ways:
If you support what ITSN stands for, and how it is working to achieve its goals, please consider making a donation.
We encourage all individuals visiting these pages to support Tibet by joining an ITSN Member organisation or Tibet Support Group in your region.
If there is no group in your country, you might want to consider starting one. Contact ITSN at itsn@tibetnetwork.org to find out what would be involved. There are already many Tibet organisations in India, Western Europe, North America and Australasia, but relatively few in Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and South East or East Asia.
If you are involved in a Tibet Support Group that is not a member of the International Tibet Support Network, please visit the Members page, or contact ITSN at itsn@tibetnetwork.org to find out how your organisation can join.
On this page you can learn more About Tibet, or you can visit the Resources section of this website to find information about useful Books and Films about Tibet.
