A key element of Tibet Network’s strategy is to put a spotlight on Chinese Leaders with direct responsibility for Tibet policy.  This campaign strand aims to identify leaders, craft messages and devise activities that uniquely target key individuals in the Chinese leadership.

A website dedicated to Chinese Leaders, Chinese-Leaders.org, provides information, analysis and up-to-date commentary on China’s leaders, with special relevance to Tibet and features Five Pillars of China’s Political System, containing detailed profiles of key Leaders, and a Blog about current leaders.  The Network also has two other sites that focus on the failure of China’s rule in Tibet; Xi Jinping’s Tibet Challenge, which carries a report of the same name from 2012, outlining the task facing China’s new leadership in addressing the challenge of Tibet, and China’s Failed Tibet Policies, which provides short summaries of 17 areas of policy failure.
