December 29, 1979, the V was in Hennef near Bonn erein of Tibetans in Germany  eV  of living in Germany Tibetans founded.  The initiator of this foundation was  Dalha Agyitsang

Objective

• Cultivation of Tibetan culture, religion, language, customs and practices to preserve national and cultural autonomy in the situation of exile
• Promotion of cohesion, exchange of information and experience, sociability and mutual help among the Tibetans in Germany
• Informing the public about the political situation in Tibet and current developments
• Communicating with the Government of Tibet in exile and working with international Tibetan organizations, Western support groups and exchanges with Tibetan teaching and research institutions
• Critical observation of the reporting by the international press as well as Chinese reports on Tibet, including the reservation of press releases.
